One Of The Most Important Pilgrimage Centre’s Of India, Amarnath Is 145 Km. from Srinagar, This Place Is Well Known For A Huge Cave That Extends Up To 150 Ft. High And 90 Ft. Broad In The Valley Of The Himalayas. A Natural Occurred Shrine And Shivalinga Of Ice Are The Most Remarkable Features Of This Cave. The Ice Statue of Shivalinga Melts During Summer and Solidifies During Winter. The Statue Attains Its Full Size Of About 6 Ft. On Full Moon Days. The Access to the Cave At An Altitude Of 14,000 Ft. From Sea Level Is By Foot. It Takes Four Days Tracking From Pahalgam To Reach The Top. There Are Several Other Ice Statues And Each Of Them Resembles Some Other Gods. It Is Believed That A Bath In The Holy Amravati Washes Away All The Sins. According To Legends Amarnath Cave Is the Place Where God Shiva.

Ø  Day 01: Jammu-Srinagar
Arrival at Jammu Air Port/Railway Station,departure for Srinagar and Night Halt at Hotel. Distance: 320 kms. Driving Time (App.): 8-9 hrs

Ø  Day 02: Srinagar- Baltal
Drive direct to Baltal via Sonamarg. The distance of about 115 kms will be covered in about 3½ hrs. Rest of the day free at Baltal for acclimatization and prepare for next day's trek to Amarnath Cave. Dinner Night Halt in tents at Baltal.

Ø  Day 03: Baltal - Amarnath Cave - Baltal
      Balat  2Kms--Domali 5Kms--Barari Marg 4 kms--Sangam 3 Kms--Holy Caves

Distance: trek*14 kms+trek*14 kms Driving Time (App.): 12-14 hrs.
After very early breakfast trek upwards to Amarnath Cave for darshan. The route is ascending right up to the cave. Have a dip in the ice-cold water of Amarnath Stream, which flows, outside the cave. Inside the cave there is scenery of calm tranquility of white and glistering three massive Lingmas stand erect symbol of Lord Shiva, Parvathi and Ganesh. After darshan trek back towards Baltal. Dinner Night Halt in tents.

Ø  Day 04: Baltal - Srinagar
Drive back to Srinagar. On arrival in Srinagar, transfer to Houseboats/hotels. Dinner Night Halt Houseboats.

Ø  Day 05: Srinagar
Morning sightseeing of Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure, built by Asif Khan brother in law of Jehangir in 1632 A. D) And Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan). All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. Enroute visit carpet - weaving factory. After lunch Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting floating and vegetable gardens etc.Dinner and Night Halt stay in Deluxe Houseboats/Hotels.
      
Ø  Day 06: Srinagar-Katra (280 Kms /7 hrs drive).Early morning drive back to Katra. A distance of about 280kms will be covered in about 7 hrs. Night Halt at Hotel.
Ø  Day 07: Katra-Bhavan-Katra
Early morning after breakfast proceed for Darshan of Holy Shrine & back to Hotel late evening. Night Halt at Hotel Distance: 28 kms. Driving Time (App.): 9-10 hrs

Ø  Day 08: Jammu –Mumbai.
      After breakfast, proceed to Jammu Rly. Station for onward Journey to Mumbai.
